All content, software, and trademarks associated with the services are owned by Finatech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for their intended purpose.
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, reverse engineering, scraping data, or using the services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Finatech does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the services constitutes such advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finatech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finatech operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date shown above. Your continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
